Nice, just a suggestion... wont it be a good idea to also have a leader board on the number of matches won? And a display on a separate portal.

You should actually put the following 3 leader boards:
1.) Most Matches Won
2.) Most Rounds Won
3.) Ladder Position (Aggregated)
1.) Most Matches Won
